Frequently asked questions

What dog walking and pet care services do you offer?

We offer a range of services tailored to what your dog needs. There's our Group Walk — perfect if your dog enjoys the company of other dogs and benefits from a proper pack experience. If your dog prefers one-on-one attention, we do Individual Dog Walking. We also run a Play Station for dogs that need structured, active play, and a Cuddle Station for those who just want a calm, caring presence. We offer Professional Dog Cuddling too — some dogs thrive on companionship and comfort. And if you're working on behaviour, we run Training sessions focusing on Sit & Stay. We work with what each dog needs.

What area do you cover?

We work across the local area in West Dumbartonshire. Our neighbourhood has brilliant spaces for dog walking — parks, riverside paths, and countryside settings — so we can mix up routes and environments depending on what suits each dog best.

Is my dog suitable for your Group Walk?

Most dogs do well in our group walks, but it really comes down to the individual. We're watching for dogs that can walk calmly with others, won't snap or show serious aggression, and won't try to bolt. If your dog is nervous around other dogs, reactive on lead, or just prefers their own space, we'd recommend our Individual Dog Walking service instead. Either way, we're here to work with your dog's temperament, not force them into something that stresses them out.

Can you help with dog training and behaviour?

We run Training sessions that focus on Sit & Stay — the foundations of good behaviour. These work well alongside our walking services, because consistency matters. A dog that knows sit and stay walks better, listens better, and feels more confident. If you're looking for something beyond that, we'd be honest about what we can manage and what might need a specialist trainer's input.

Do I need to be home while you're looking after my dog?

No. Whether it's a walk, playtime, or cuddle session, you don't need to be there. We've got your dog, and we'll take good care of them while you get on with your day.
